Requirement and guidance for applying to be a conference speaker

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on its originality, technical contribution, relevance to conference, and readability.
English is the official language of the conference.

STEP 1 - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

Fill out and submit the form with information about your session proposal. Deadline: October 31st, 2019. The submission deadline may be anticipated if the conference program is closed in advance, so please submit your proposal as soon as possible.

STEP 2 - REVIEWING COMMITTEE EVALUATION

The Conference's Reviewing Committee will have up to 20 days to evaluate your proposal and notify you if it was approved.

STEP 3 - SPEAKER PACKAGE SUBMISSION

After approval of the proposal you will have up to 30 days to record and send your Speaker Package, composed of the MP4 video of your presentation and the PDF file with the slides. Your video must be recorded according to the instructions you will receive after confirming your proposal's acceptance.

STEP 4 - ORGANISING COMMITTEE ANALYSIS

The Organising Committee will have up to 7 days to evaluate the Speaker Package and request adjustments. You will have an additional 10 days to make the required adjustments and resubmit the Speaker Package.

STEP 5 - GO LIVE

Your session will be available during the five-day conference for all participants who have registered for free.
