About this Session
PMO which is a key driver to manage portfolio of projects to ensure the success is achieved by following PM Governance, Process and Procedure. These process and procedures are established and maintained by the PMO Governance Team. Currently Agile being considered as a key driver for any transformation, it is important to have Agile PMO to ensure each pillar of the Agile life cycle is achieved like traditional PMO. Based on this, I am here to do a presentation of outlining various process and procedure to setup the Agile PMO along with benefit and values. So, let us embrace ourselves to learn more about Agile PMO along with my personal experience in establishing Agile CoE for PMO.
