About this Session

Agility is now common. Project management had to adapt, as IT projects become adopting agile practices in recent years. In many cases, traditional project management and agility are still seen as two diametrically opposed ways. Some swear by one and denigrate the other.

Based on the experience of the presenter in various projects and inspired by new scaled-up approaches such as Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), this presentation demonstrates how to implement projects incorporating agile practices that have demonstrated their benefits in recent years and recognized traditional project management practices such as the PMBOK.

This presentation will demonstrate that after several points markeed on either side, the fight is without outcome and that only reconciliation is the solution.
