About this Session
PMO is an important body in a company, no matter the scale of the company. But unfortunately, some PMO functions are seen as an administrative body with strict and tight process oriented. Furthermore, in a startup company where quick change and adaptable culture are important, the stereotyping of the “strict PMO” could become a backlash for PMO. Therefore, it is important to build PMO as Business Partner and support company strategy. In this session the audience will learn about a sample of PMO in a startup company, the structure, responsibilities, pain points and how PMO could become a Business Partner.
