Christopher has been engaged in Agile Transformations / Change Initiatives in major organizations in Canada. Christopher is certified as a Change Management Practitioner (CMP) from APMG, International. Christopher has delivered workshops in the private and corporate sectors in Canada in areas of Leadership, Change Management, and Project Management (Agile and Waterfall). Christopher has served as a Mentor to PMI Project Managers in Canada and internationally.
